Shipping rates

Estimated delivery is counted from the ship date, not the order date.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During sales or holiday peaks, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Where we ship from

To keep prices low and shipping free, our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. This is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping — but every order is tracked.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show movement after the first scan; this is normal for international shipments.

Multiple items

Packs are shipped together as one package. If you order more than one pack, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your customs office, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in our price. Orders refused at customs are treated as returns; original shipping is non-refundable.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can change an address within 12 hours of ordering — email wordybarks@gmail.com. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for a reshipping fee, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, customs holds, and peak-season backlogs are outside our control. If your package has had no tracking update for 10 business days, contact us and we'll take care of it (see our Refund Policy).

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses within the U.S. Delivery to these addresses may take a few extra days.
